These Terms govern your use of Baraha Pa More ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Baraha Pa More. If you are a minor, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
You can play as a guest or link a Google or Apple account to save and recover your progress. You are responsible for activity on your device and account. Keep your device secure; your guest identity is the key to your account.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or automation; harass or abuse other players; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or use the app in violation of law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
The app is free and supported by advertising, including third-party ads and cross-promotion of our other apps. Your use of ads is subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the app at any time and can permanently delete your account and data from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Deletion of your account is irreversible.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henyogames LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or currency, arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
